The service was amazing. We were greeted by the receptionist who guided us to the best eating place. Also how to get there. Bed was very comfortable. Very friendly staff

My stay here was fine. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, Lille centre is just a short metro or bus ride away . The staff were very friendly.

Friendly, accommodating staff. They were particularly attentive to our two young children, decorating their desserts and giving them welcome gifts.
